The Fastest Route  to Clean Powered Data Centers at Scale

The Whiptail Mega Campus is designed for AI-ready data centers with behind-the-meter (BTM), clean power in West Texas. An initial 350 MW footprint delivered within 18 months, scaled to 12 GW on the 8,000-acre site—Powered by Bloom Energy solid oxide fuel cells and CO₂ capture & sequestration. Ready to customize for each tenant’s requirements.

Key Advantages

Developed to deliver power, scale and speed that AI demands.

Every constraint that slows other developments—power, grid interconnection, permitting, water, and community support—has already been solved.

Client-specific Data Center & BTM Power Operational within 18 months

No waiting for power generation equipment, grid interconnection, air permits, zoning permits or high-voltage long-lead items: Natural gas, CO₂ pipelines, and fiber connectivity are confirmed. Bloom Energy equipment is available—we move straight into construction.

Clean, Dispatchable and Grid-independent Power at Scale

Bloom Energy's cutting-edge solid oxide fuel cells deliver up to 99.999%+ availability with AI workload-following capability and scalable deployments. CO₂ is sequestered for enhanced oil recovery in the Permian Basin—making delivered power truly clean.

Scalable to 12 GW IT Load on the Current Site

Pristine 8,000-acre site with no oil & gas wells can host 50 footprints with 240 MW IT load each. Virtually unlimited natural gas, CO₂ sequestration potential and infrastructure connectivity will fuel growth through the next decade. Space for separate campuses for multiple tenants. Optional adjacent land available.

Lowest Cost of Natural Gas in the US

In close proximity to the Waha gas hub, we tap into a large associated gas supply base that will keep growing and remain economically stranded—keeping prices low. Future underground gas storage will improve reliability and reduce gas acquisition costs.

Locally Championed-No Water Strain, Real Jobs

Bloom Energy's solution generates water, and our data center designs use minimal water. County and state governments actively support data centers in this region to drive jobs, economic growth, and diversification in addition to oil & gas.

Development Progress

The hard work is already done.

Most data center projects spend years de-risking land, power, infrastructure and permitting. We’ve cleared every hurdle—so the next step is construction.

✅ Land Acquired – 8,000 acres in West Texas with no oil & gas drilling potential

✅ Financing Underway – Raising $600 million in development equity and debt

✅Bloom Energy Equipment — Supply will be secured prior to tenant agreements

✅ Site Due Diligence and Test Fits — Completed by Jacobs

✅ Infrastructure Connectivity — Confirmed for natural gas, CO2 and high capacity fiber connectivity

✅ Permitting Effort — State and county permitting plan prepared by Jacobs

✅ Tenant Customization – Ready to tailor footprint, power and design to tenant needs
